When we can be reached by telephone
Dr. S. Scherer: Mondays 1.20–2.00 pm, Fridays 5.20–5.50 pm, and daily
between twenty past and half past each hour until 12.30 pm.
Dipl.-Psych. L. Tesch: her telephone hours are announced on the answering
machine.
Outside these hours an answering machine is switched on. Please do leave a message with your name, telephone number and concern — we will call back as soon as possible. Appointments are given by arrangement only. The appointment service of the KVWL can be reached on 116 117.
Written enquiries in English are welcome by email; if it is about an assessment in English, please say so, so that we can plan the questionnaire set accordingly.
Getting here
Parking: paid parking at Pottkamp, the Waldeyerstraße multi-storey car park (about 5 minutes away) and the surrounding streets.
Bus: stops Franz-Hitze-Haus, Domagkstraße and Jungeblodtplatz.
Accessibility: the practice is accessible for wheelchair users.

How to find the entrance
Our practice is in the quiet courtyard at Pottkamp. Walk in from the street into the courtyard. There is deliberately no large practice sign, for reasons of discretion — go by the house number.
- Head for house number 23. The light, white-rendered building on the left side of the courtyard — the house number is clearly visible next to the entrance.
- Doorbell “Scherer / Tesch”. Please ring at the agreed time.
- Practice sign on the ground floor. You will find our sign on the ground floor right at the practice entrance — that is the right place.
